Facial Feminization Surgery (FFS) is a tool that some transgender women utilize. To learn more about this surgery, we'll talk to Sara who had FFS. We'll discuss the various surgical procedures, how to find a good doctor, costs involved, what recovery is like, and what results can be exected.

Voice can be a huge stubling block for transgender women. In this episode we answer a listener question from Kimberly who worries that voice is her biggest obstacle to passing. Kimberly also asks us how Faith feels about her voice, especially when considering how podcasting is such a voice-based medium.

When it comes to the law, transgender people face unique challenges. To get some insight on name changes, ID updates, discrimination, and other potentially tough-to navigate-legal questions, we spoke with our friend Caleb Arring. Not only is he a transgender man, he's also a bonifide attorney.

Let's face it, no one wants to be asked if they're a "real girl." In this episode the Gender Rebels answer question from listeners Laura Jean and Nathalie who enjoy taking in a drag show now and again. But, they ask, what do you do when you're having fabulous fun and a random person comes up and asks "Are you a real girl?" How can a cis girl, a trans girl, or anyone respond to that?

The world's first transgender sitcom is here! In this episode Faith and Kath interview Amy Fox who is showrunner, co-writer and co-star of The Switch. The Switch really is the first transgender sitcom in the history of television. Not only that, but it features transgender actors in transgender roles. Who knew such a thing was possible? We speak with Amy about transgender representation, comedy, roleplaying games, and more.

Uteruses and vaginas and pussy hats, oh my! Gender Rebels hosts Faith and Kath went down to DC to take part in the Women's March on Washington. We had a wonderful time being there with so many people who also wanted to be sure their voices were heard. But after seeing so many signs with pictures of vaginas or uteruses, or about reproduction, cis host Kath started to wonder if those signs would make a transgender woman feel left out.
